Compliance & licensing
Last updated: July 13, 2026
Mortgage professionals are right to be careful about where their leads come from. A single non-compliant lead source can put your license and your business at risk. This page explains exactly how we source, consent, and deliver every lead — so you can pick up the phone knowing the borrower on the other end asked to hear from you.
Every lead is consented
We do not scrape, buy aged data, or cold-append phone numbers. Each borrower reaches you through content and landing pages they engaged with voluntarily, and they provide express written consent to be contacted before they ever appear in your pipeline.
- Prior express written consent captured at the point of opt-in
- Timestamp and IP address logged for every submission
- Clear disclosure of who is contacting them and why
- Consent records retained and available on request
TCPA alignment
Our lead capture is built around the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Consumers affirm consent to calls and texts at opt-in, disclosures are presented clearly rather than buried, and we support honoring opt-outs and Do-Not-Call requests. You remain responsible for your own dialing practices, but you start from a compliant foundation.
RESPA & fair lending
We are a marketing and lead-generation service, not a settlement service provider. We do not pay or receive fees for the referral of settlement service business, and our fees are for marketing services rendered. Leads are delivered without regard to any protected class — targeting is based on mortgage intent and geography only.
Data privacy & security
- Borrower data is transmitted over encrypted connections
- Access is limited to your account and our delivery systems
- We do not resell your leads or your borrowers’ information
- Consumers may request access to or deletion of their data
Licensing is on you — and we respect that
You are the licensed originator. We never present ourselves as a lender, never quote rates, and never originate. Every borrower understands they are being connected with a licensed mortgage professional in their state. You bring the license and the advice; we bring the borrower who already raised their hand.
