The services

Automated Inbound provides lead-generation and marketing services for mortgage professionals, including exclusive inbound leads and related support. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are set out in the separate service agreement you enter into with us. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the service agreement controls.

Your responsibilities

• You must hold all licenses required to originate or broker mortgage loans in your market and comply with all applicable laws, including TCPA, RESPA, and state regulations.
• You are solely responsible for how you contact, qualify, and serve any consumer or lead we provide.
• You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login and payment details current.

Payment

Fees, billing cycles, and any performance-based terms are described in your service agreement. Unless stated otherwise there, fees are due when invoiced and are governed by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this website and within our services — including copy, branding, and materials — is owned by Automated Inbound or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Our services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee any specific number of closed loans, revenue, or results beyond what is expressly stated in your service agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Automated Inbound is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services for violation of these Terms or your service agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
